1/10 experience. Would not recommend.

Pros

Decent pay....which you could make at any other organization and save yourself a lot of stress.

Cons

Worked as a Manager on the field team and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The company loves last minute fire-drills with insane due dates, lack of work life balance (trust me they would take your soul if you let them), and horrible management leading teams. If you sign on here, be prepared for a lackluster job that will take away all your time and happiness. The best thing I ever did was get out here and I haven't looked back since!

Advice to Management

Upper management in Indiana, you are so out of touch with what happens in the field. Please take a look at who your managers are in the field, and really think about if they are equipped to lead a team and if they are doing so effectively.
