MPG (Money Power Greed) model, resulting in Abuse/Bullying M.O. (Modus Operanda):
Cons
During my tenure with SPG, I saw MANY changes. Some were good and some were horrid. Simon is all about keeping its status as the largest REIT in the US. Senior leaders and execs, will step on anyone to get ahead. They have not handled COVID well. Leaving employees in limbo for months and eliminating an entire platform and leadership. It has become a “good old boy” network and it’s all about who you know or what your last name is.
Advice to Management
Get a clue! You have some major talent (or did) in the organization.
